Join the trade union!

Today, the trade union organization of JSC “Mosgiprotrans” (association of employees) is the only organization authorized by the law and able to represent, assert and protect professional, labour, social and economic rights and interests of the JSC “Mosgiprotrans” employees in practice.

Only a member of the trade union can be provide with the following support free of charge or on favourable terms:

• consultation and legal assistance regarding labor laws, wage and tax legislation;

• assistance in drafting of legal documents (regarding labor issues);

• assistance and protection of his interests during the investigation of occupational accidents and the reimbursement by the employer of the harm caused to the member’s health at work place;

• professional defence of his rights in the case of unreasonable transference to other work;

• protection of his rights and interests in the case of employer-initiated termination (except the cases of disallowed absence, appearing at work in a drunken state or theft of property);

• assistance of the trade union in resolving his disagreement with the employer regarding labor issues;

• financial assistance in difficult life situations;

• subsidized permits for union members and their families;

• participation in sports and cultural events organized by the union.

To join the trade union you need:

• to fill in the application to join the trade union;

• to fill in the application of deduction of trade union fees (1% of the salary);

• to fill in the record card;

• to enclose 2 photos of 2х3cm (black and white or colour); photos may be printed out on the paper.
