The specialists of JSC "Mosgiprotrans" visited the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia to get acquainted with the automated information system "Glavgosexpertiza".
As a part of the program intended to familiarize the customers of state examination with the activity of the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia, the Deputy Head of the Information Technology Department of Glavgosexpertiza of Russia Viktoriya Erkenova, Head of the User Support Service Irina Korotkova, specialists of the service Anton Ryumin and Alexey Bogush spoke about electronic services in the state examination and operation of the automated information system "Glavgosexpertiza".
Since January 1, 2017, the design documentation and (or) the results of engineering surveys as well as the documentation for verifying the reliability of the estimated costs, are submitted to a government agency under the Ministry of Construction of Russia and to the executive bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in digital form, except the cases when these documents contain the information restricted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
One year after the transition to the digital expertise, the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia launched the updated services for interactive communication with applicants who provided design estimates for state expertise. In the course of updating services, the functional capabilities of work in the personal account were expanded. In particular, the services update helps to obtain preliminary information on the place which is undergoing the expertise and – with the help of the payment calculator – on its approximate cost. You can also monitor the current status of a project. The process of loading the service has become more convenient due to the optimized cabinet structure.
An application for services and the inventory of the submitted documentation are formed in the system automatically: this allows users to save time and reduce the possibility of errors. Moreover, the option to correspond with the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia about the current project has been added to the personal account. The account interface also has been upgraded.
During the consultations, specialists of the Information Technology Department of Glavgosexpertiza of Russia demonstrated and explained the main functionality of the personal account in the automated information system "Glavgosexpertiza": how to fill a digital application form, how to correspond with Glavgosexpertiza of Russia about a project, how to eliminate the comments of the expertise including those regarding the completeness of documentation. These and many other aspects of working with the system attracted a particular interest of users.
Furthermore, during the conversation with participants, the specialists of the Information Technology Department of Glavgosexpertiza of Russia presented new services of the constantly updating automated information system "Glavgosexpertiza" and answered numerous questions on their use. The specialists of the Department also discussed the difficulties of the services use with the participants. All received data will be processed and will form the basis for further improvement of the system will be laid.
