The working meetings of the experts from the enterprises of the Russian-Chinese working group on high-speed railways cooperation took place at JSC “High-Speed Rail Lines” from 18 to 20 April 2016. The meetings were held as a part of the preparation for the sixth meeting of Russian-Chinese Working Group on high-speed railways cooperation and the Russian-Chinese Working Group enterprises on high-speed railways cooperation which is planned to be performed from 25 to 27 April 2016 in Beijing (China).
The Russian delegation was headed by The First Vice-President of JSC “Russian Railways”, the General Director of JSC “High-Speed Rail Lines” and the Head of the Russian Party of the Working Group enterprises, A.S. Misharin. The Chinese delegation was headed by the Deputy General Director of the Chinese Railways, the Head of the Chinese Party of the Working Group enterprises Huang Ming.
The parties considered and worked out the draft Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the government of the People's Republic of China on the cooperation in implementing the project of construction and operation of the Moscow - Kazan high-speed rail line section on the territory of the Russian Federation, and a priority project of the Moscow-Beijing Eurasian high-speed rail transport corridor.
