Realization of the Moscow – Kazan project and other large projects such as “Nord Stream-2” and OPAL natural gas pipeline were discussed in the meeting of the Head of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Alexei Ulyukaev and Vice Chancellor, the Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy of the Federal Republic of Germany Sigmar Gabriel. According to Alexei Ulyukaev, they discussed a financial scheme and aspects of participation in work delivery. Besides, the issues concerning commodity circulation, investment interaction and import substitution were also raised.
